Found this tiny little spot in the Spanish Quarter. He made the Pizza Fritta upon our order. It was absolutely delicious. So fresh, thin and crispy. It was large enough for two if hankering for a snack. If hungrier, perfect for one. There were several options but we just opted for the original version. It was an authentic experience from standing and eating on the corner to talking to the locals. The young fellow who made our Pizza was friendly but quiet. He was shy at first but opened up. What we really appreciated was that there was no aggressive hawking like in the Spaccanapoli area where some of Pizza fritta seemed to have been sitting for a while or looked like lumps of fried dough. Highly recommend if searching for quieter place to enjoy fantastic pizza fritta.- Parcheggio
